For the past decade Melody has immersed herself in relational work— after her college education in concert lighting design, she switched careers when she realized that she was more interested in the quality of connection with her colleagues than the music on stage.
At The Integral Center in Boulder, CO, Melody was the youngest senior faculty member ever hired, eventually also taking on the role of Director of Operations. There she facilitated groups of all sizes and trained others as relational facilitators and leaders. She also orchestrated multiple nationwide Authentic Relating tours, and is currently the founder of The Indigo Sanctum, coaching clients all around the world of various backgrounds and interests.
Melody stewards an 8-acre property in rural Oregon and is also a folk herbalist. When not teaching about relationality she can be found outside in nature.
