What would be possible for you if you brought a deeper sense of leadership into your life?
In these chaotic and uncertain times our world needs leaders more than ever. The Leadership Laboratory is your opportunity to step up in a bigger way and to embrace a spirit of servant leadership and radical personal responsibility in your life.
During this 90 minute event, you will:
***Learn some fundamental leadership principles
***Explore powerful leadership archetypes and how to apply their wisdom to your life
***Get clear on where you’re holding yourself back from fully showing up as a leader
***Engage in some paired and small group exercises designed to challenge and inspire you
***Meet and connect with other leaders
***Cover practical steps we can follow to integrate a personal practice of leadership and personal responsibility into our everyday lives.
This event will start with covering some theory and philosophy of leadership to introduce us to some important principles and concepts. Then we’ll move into an experiential and personal exploration of leadership and we’ll conclude with some systems and structures we can use to integrate any insights we’ve had in a tangible way into our lives.
Arrive on time to ensure you can participate. We’ll be locking the Zoom room shortly after the official start time.
