Intro to Circling
4 Week Online Series
Deepening Intimacy and Connection

What is Circling?
- Circling is a powerful practice of “being with” yourself and others here in the present moment.
- We co-create a space of allowance, presence and acceptance of exactly how you are – here and now.
- Practicing radical curiosity, and relational presence to create deeper connections.
Why do People Love Circling?
Deep and meaningful connections
As we let go of stories from the past, and consciously explore what is here now - together- we create new opportunities for connection -with anyone - anywhere. This connection practice translates into our everyday lives, deepening the intimacy with those we love.
Safe Space to Express Yourself
Many people report feeling deeply seen, heard and understood in ways they have never felt before. You’ll be lead on a journey on how to first feel safe and connected to yourself, and invited to express authentically what is here now. The group culture of acceptance, curiosity and ownership gives permission for you to be fully yourself.
Learn New Ways to Relate to Others
Through this practice you’ll learn how to bring curiosity, compassion and presence into your everyday life. Together we will lean the art of how to understand someone else’s world. These skills will increase your capacity to bring truth, authenticity and connection into all the relationships in your life.
What Happens in a Circle?
Meditative Practice
First, you’ll be invited into a state of deep presence with yourself through a meditative practice.

Me- You- and We Space
Together we will slowly reveal what we notice within our own personal experience – sensations, thoughts, awarenesses, emotions. We call this the “me” space.
Then we bring our own objective noticing(s) and curiosity of what is here with another – in the “you” space.
Lastly, we start to explore what is here in the relational space – the “we” space. What is it like to be in connection with you?
Expression
This experience often becomes a dance of revealing our own present moment experience along with curious exploration of what it’s like for another in their internal world.
Together we practice the principles of radical ownership, curiosity, and welcoming of what is here now in the present moment.

Meet The Facilitators

Emma has a big passion for being real together. Holding space for (self)connection, learning, empowerment and honesty is the most meaningful thing for her. She started doing Non-Violent Communication (NVC) courses in 2014 and followed trainings by multiple certified trainers and is dedicated to become a certified trainer herself. A few years later she discovered Circling and this felt like a natural extension of NVC to her. She continued both and also deepened her practice by doing courses in bodywork, Tantra, The Wheel of Consent, meditation, The Polyvagal Theory and Buddhism.

Gerd is trained as a scientist and naturally expanding towards a people oriented, creative being with a holistic focus, Gerd engages in an inquiry into healthy balance; balance in his relationships with others and the parts of him self.
In his connections with others he finds aliveness and heartening in the welcoming of “what is” in the moment and the experience of our common humanity.
An open-minded person with a devotion to learning through looking at the world from the perspective of others, an openness to explore every idea or experience and a love for the emerging wonder of interconnectedness.
